Fort de plus de 25 ans d'expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, Chrtistian Maeder sera responsable des opérations quotidiennes dans tous les départements de la station alpine ouverte toute l'année, y compris la supervision des chambres, de la restauration, du spa et des loisirs. Un retour à la montagne pour le suisse polyglotte qui passe allègrement de l'anglais au français, de l'italien à l'allemand ou à l'espagnol !

Après la côte californienne,  Christian Maeder  (2005 Hotel Management,  Swiss Hotel Management School Luzern ) rejoint le Montana et Montage Big Sky.

Nommé en 2011 Hotel Manager du Montage Laguna Beach,  avant de rejoindre le groupe Montage,  Christian Maeder fut Directeur Restauration du Maybourne Beverly Hills, du Four Seasons Resort Biltmore Santa Barbara et du Setai Miami Beach .
