L’affluence dans les restaurants est de plus en plus importante au début de la saison estivale. Pourtant, les restaurateurs sont confrontés à un problème, ils manquent de main-d’œuvre. Certains saisonniers ne sont que débutants dans cette profession exigeante. « Je suis en licence de langues internationales à Lyon. Je suis vraiment à l’opposé de la restauration », révèle Louise. Malgré son manque d’expérience, elle a été embauchée très rapidement.
