Cofinance, en partenariat avec Atalante Hôtels, a acquis trois hôtels situés sur la place Rogier à Bruxelles (murs et fonds). Les hôtels concernés sont l’hôtel Siru (101 clés), l’hôtel des Colonies (98 clés) et l’hôtel Progress (57 clés). Cette transaction, conclue avec une famille, s’élève à environ 25 millions d’euros.
