Depuis 1996, Cristina a été fidèle à la marque Hyatt. De son premier poste d’assistante FOM  jusqu’à ce jour de septembre 2018 où elle fut nommée GM du Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid. Évoluant au gré de ses transferts entre Paris, Milan et Madrid, c’est aujourd’hui le grand saut avec sa nomination en qualité d’Hotel Manager de l’hôtel le plus instagrammé au Monde et unique 7* (autoproclamé !).
Elle quitte donc Madrid pour Dubaï où elle retrouvera l’élégant Directeur Général,  Ermanno Zanini.
