Geovanny Tello a rejoint Tharaldson Hospitality Management en 2020 en tant qu’Assistant General Manager. Son parcours au sein du groupe l’a mené à travers plusieurs postes à responsabilité, dont celui d’Opening General Manager du Homewood Suites Cypress, premier hôtel au monde à inaugurer le prototype Homewood Suites 10.0.
Il a ensuite occupé la fonction d’Area General Manager, pilotant la performance opérationnelle et financière de quatre établissements du groupe, le Homewood Suites Cypress, le Hampton Inn Imperial Beach, le Hampton Inn Porter Ranch et le TownePlace Suites Monrovia, totalisant 430 chambres.
Dans ses nouvelles fonctions, Geovanny Tello aura notamment la charge du prochain Home2 Suites/Holiday Inn Express & Suites de Morongo, dont l’ouverture est prévue plus tard cette année. Son parcours a été distingué à plusieurs reprises, avec les titres de Brand General Manager of the Year et de THM General Manager of the Year.
Titulaire d’un certificat en Hotel/Motel Administration/Management du Cypress College et d’un Associate of Arts en Business Administration and Management du Westwood College-Anaheim, Geovanny Tello incarne la promotion interne mise en avant par Tharaldson Hospitality Management dans le développement de ses équipes.
