Patric Hadorn a rejoint The Hongkong Shanghai Hotels Limited – The Peninsula Hotels en mai 2018 en tant que Director of Food and Beverage au Peninsula Tokyo. Il a ensuite été promu Hotel Manager à Tokyo en 2021, puis a occupé le même poste à Hong Kong en janvier 2024. Aujourd’hui, il évolue vers une nouvelle fonction à Londres en tant que General Manager, Operations.
Avant de rejoindre The Peninsula Hotels, Patric Hadorn avait occupé plusieurs postes de direction dans la restauration chez InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) à Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh-Ville et Kiev, totalisant plus de sept ans au sein du groupe. Il est diplômé de la Swiss Hotel Management School de Lucerne, en Suisse.
Le Peninsula London, dernier-né du portefeuille du groupe, est situé à Hyde Park Corner. L’hôtel, dont l’architecture a été conçue pour s’harmoniser avec les bâtiments historiques environnants, représente un élément clé du développement du groupe dans la capitale britannique. Dans ses nouvelles fonctions, Patric Hadorn va pouvoir contribuer aux compétences de l’équipe dirigée par Rolf Buehlmann.
